Location: From the Junction of Hwys. 83 and 52 at Minot, ND, travel NW on Hwy. 52 past Burlington, Foxholm and Cario. Due to the shape of Ward County, you will cross the County Line momentarily and then back into Ward County. Once you are back into Ward County, the north trail to this land is about 3/4 mile on the South side of the Highway. This Land has very difficult access and the Trail requires All-Terrain Vehicles or Hiking once you get closer to the Subject Land. It winds around, through a livestock gate (be sure to close if passing through) and enters the NE corner where the old Farmstead used to be. Before you reach the Subject Land, you will see where the Creek has washed out the Road/Trail where there used to be a cattle guard. See Bold Arrow on Topography Map showing location. Proceed cautiously. Winter access is relatively impossible with either snow or mud. *** The access from the West side is traveling South on County Road 5 on the West side of Donnybrook, ND.
