* The pasture consists of 4,516 acres of contiguous pasture that is fenced with
different sections and quarters together that includes larger and smaller pasture for
rotational grazing and natural protection. The pasture has some new fence line but overall
is well maintained and may have areas that need maintenance after winter. The pasture is
well watered with dugouts, dams, approx. 10 miles of 12 month spring fed creeks and
